    So you've been bulking and you're washing a dozen pork chops and three loaves of bread doiwn with a gallon of chocolate milk at each of six daily meals? So you're cutting and the only carbs your body sees are inside a head of broccoli? So you think you're hard core and your diet reflects it?

    Prove it. With pics of your poo. The most extreme dump wins. Let the games begin. Gastrointestinal anomaly is a part of fitness and nutrition, and it deserves to be documented and praised as much as do the body changes.
