body weight exercises

    I was wondering what are the most essential body weight exercises I should be doing?

    I'm 6'1 170lbs. I'm not looking to gain alot of muscle mass just yet. I really just want to get in shape at the moment.

    Whatever you do, I would avoid pull-ups, pushups and any variation of those two excercises....

    Don't do dips either. ^ pullups and pushups are also not recommended

    Movement of the body is known to cause AIDS. Stay at home and play videogames all day and remember, avoid sun light.

    Lunges are a good b/w exercise. But if you can read through the sarcasm you'll have your answer.

    I'm sure the statement of not wanting to gain alot of muscles helped your cause ...
