Right now I've been doing mostly BW only ab work. Would changing to or incorporating more weighted ab work be better for adding to the actual mass of my abs and having them appear deaper/more pronounced. Assuming I'm at the BF% where I can see my abs to begin with.

Laying in bed and stretching your pumped quads for hours is best for adding mass.

i think if you lift without a belt that it helps a lot (especially front squats and i bet overhead squats even more), but added ab work could never hurt

    Weighted ab work is unnecessary.

Doing weighted ab work gave me a lymph nodule. At least, the two events coincided.
