My bodyweight has been staying the same since it dropped drastically. I'm currently 5'11 @ 260. I'm making a 5lb weekly gain in the gym on weight lifted.

Protein intake is 1 gr per lb of body weight. Cals at at 2200. Fats and carbs are in check. Any ideas?

What does the mirror say? If you're getting leaner/stronger but staying at the scale weight then I'd say that's good.

. I dont see as huge a change in the mirror as I did right off the bat. But I have to be burning fat while putting on mass otherwise the scale would go up :big grin:.

When I first got back in the gym I gained 10lbs within the first couple months while making significant gains. Now I've dropped about 15 (net 5) while continuing to make strength gains.
