    I think I'd consider Rocky or Kickboxer to be really motivational working out movies, theyre about training but not lifting specifically obviously.

    Its a movie about a life change challenge that Bill Phillips (he was the former president of EAS I believe) ran some years back.

    Pumping Iron is definitely up there, but this movie shows ordinary people :o

    If it was what I watched like 7 or 8 years ago... not really. Pumping Iron was far more inspirational to me.
    If you did find it inspirational...more power to you.

    Yeah and from what I've seen of his training he pushes his athletes really hard, its some intense shit.

    Like I'd be passed out in a pool of my own vomit if I did their conditioning work.

    That guy is awesome. Theres a vid of him going apeshit at some dude doing suspended strap push ups. With a dude like that screaming at you thats how you know the true meaning of working till failure.
