    Bicep: 15" flexed
    Forearm: 12"
    Calf: 16"
    Quad: 27"

    Started workin' out on the 1st of December 2005 so don't laugh at my stats. :o

    Currently (measured myself early last week):
    22 y/o - 6' 4" - 238lbs
    Neck: 17.5"
    Biceps: 16"
    Forearms: 14"
    Chest: 45"
    Waist: 35"
    Quads: 26.5"
    Calves: 16.75"

    try to work them almost daily. I made a hand roller thing and made some serious gains with it using it every day

    those hand roller things work so damn good....i got my forearms from construction though...swing a damn hammer all day and you will have the worlds strongest forearms and grip

    or one thing that i do is i get 170pound dumbells and hold em with one hand and grip it as long as i can for like 3 reps.....it helps so much...
