Body is so damn sore!

    Went back to the gym after a year off, and now my body is sore as hell! Did alot of weight-lifting yesterday, and now my body is aching.. Lifting my arms, getting up, etc, all pain. I know this usually happens when you start lifting after taking time off... but damn, hope this goes away! :o

    I actually like that soreness.

    It will go away after the first few workouts.


    I hope you're not putting 100% effort into your lifts yet, give your muscles a couple weeks to adjust and ween yourself into a regular routine.

    i did legs today after taking a week off and found that old soreness i missed :o
