    thoughts?

I did something similar when I was in highschool, and had good results. It basically boiled down to eating 100% proper, and doing the cardio 3 times a week, lifting 3 times a week

what are the pro's and con's of the body for life?

so you're asking if eating clean, lifting and doing intense cardio will work well for you?

    it's not rocket surgery.

    what do you do now?
