Can someone point me to a god body fat measurer. I tried my local gnc/big 5 and nobody had one. The Big 5 I went to only had one that was also a scale. I just want one truly dedicated to measuring body fat.

If you have a membership to a commercial gym, ask them to do it there. BTW check amazon for a body fat measurer. They have a digital one for between $20-30 and I think it includes free measuring tape.

The difference between the scale I use and the calipers I have is 7%.

A lot of 'do it yourself' ways really suck.

There should be one in your washroom, the mirror

someone on OT recommended this to me a while back.
decent price, and people say it's more accurate than those digital scales :dunno:.
you gotta practice with it, so you can get the measurement somewhat right.

Anything besides a dunk test or body-composition scan is going to be pretty inaccurate. I wouldn't really worry about it, just go by the mirror

I bought a digital caliper to give me an "idea", but I don't trust it 100%.. More of a guide.

Call your local university's kinesiology/physical education department. Many have hydrostatic tanks and you can get tested for a small fee or sometimes free if you can be a subject for a lab class.
