So I've been going to the gym 5 days a week and really staying on routine as best I can for the last 4 weeks. The trainer there used the pinch thing to get my body fat (which she said was 26.8%) and yesterday we did it again and she said it was 24.6% now. I have a few questions, is that method realistic? Is that a measurable amount or could it just be variance, and if it is measurable is that okay for 4 weeks? I'm going to keep up on it either way, I'm just curious.
