    How accurate are they? My gym has one you hold with two hands and it give you a %.

    I'm 13% :wiggle:

    I think they're a bunch of bs, I tried like 5 different ones at my high school and they all gave me 5% or a n/a, I've heard so many factors can play a part in those too. Like drinking water right before or after, ur palms (edit*)being wet, how much u ate that morning, etc.

    It made me wonder, because I ate recently and had a ton of water before using it...

    I dont know, but i got 7.6 on one of those. Seems fairly true to the way i look. Yes im a malnutritioned bastard :wtc:

    Those things aren't great. I tried one. I guestimate myself at around 12-16% but the thing said I was at 5.6% and it gave me a high BMI. To top it off the lady said something like I'm a little overweight or something--I don't think she realizes that BMI isn't that accurate. I'm not even big... Shitty misinformed lady.
