Body fat estimate? *Pics*

    So I have been training super hard to maintain my weight, but I am losing the battle, at the same time I dont feel as lean as I would expect after dropping weight, I think I am getting close to 10% maybe 12 or 13 ish right now?

    One of the pics is flexed and the other more relaxed. (took the pics after breakfast this morning, pre-workout)

    6' 205 as of this morning after breakfast.

    Thanks... Any recommendation on core work? Ab strengthening?

    I've really cut down my abs exercises only to hanging leg lifts with a straight leg until your feet touch the bars. I only do sets of 5 but very controlled.
    I'm going to add the wipers again too though.

    the reference you posted is pretty stupid, everyone holds fat in different places, I for one can see a few abs and I'm not lean.

    You still training MMA? Trying to meet a certain weight class?

    Either way you're looking pretty solid, how is your training holding up after the weight loss?

    I am training kickboxing a good 4-5 hours a week, and pankration about 3 hours a week.
    We have a tiger balm tournament coming up soon which I may enter. Basically held at a college or university campus where there are both full contact kickboxing and pankration round robins. I did a kickboxing one last year and did fairly well, I plan to do this kickboxing. The only issue is the weight class is 200 below or 201 and above. I suck at dropping weight properly, (last time I went down to 188 cause I was nervous and didnt eat all day the day before and the day off the competition)
    I think I am just going to weigh in early in the morning before I eat and if I am heavy so be it.

    My weight training is good. I am always mixing things around, but doing tons of box squats, speed bench, and lots of olympic lifts (which seem to be the best thing to train for wrestling). My strength has dropped overall, but I still use decent weight for my working sets... 365 squats, 315 or bench and last night I was doing hang cleans with 275... this on average is about where I want to be strength wise as I with full time work, football, and part time school I dont have much more time to spare.

    How is your jiu-jitsu coming along? Is it affecting your weight training?

    Nahh, no cutting stack, just eating clean and doing so much cardio I can barely eat enough to maintain my weight.

    Honestly, probably hit 15-20 wide grip. 20-25 narrow grip chin up. Does it look like I have no lats?

    I'd say < 10

    The only time I've had my bf tested I was at 8 and I could just start seeing the veins in my lower abs, a little more prominent than yours. By that rational I'd say you were at the same or a tiny bit higher. I suck at bf though...
