was just wondering if these things are accurate when it comes to measuring bodyfat, muscle mass etc and if they're consistent. i had myself measured today and was comparing the results from sometime in july. if they're not accurate then whatever, but if they're at least consistent then it looks like i've made a bit of progress. :x:

in july i was at 20% bodyfat now i'm 14.3% and my weight has managed to stay at 178lbs.

I've used www.mybodycomp.com in the past, but I'm not so sure on the accuracy

nice way to keep track of measurements though
