    Just got an order of this shit from bulk nutrition. How much of this shit am I supposed to take? 1/4 teaspoon = 620 mg.

    I think it's better in water... just salty and a little bitter. It's REALLY bitter with orange juice though :eek3:

    yea i looked on my other CEE caps bottle and 2 tabs=2800mg den I did the mathimication. I smart.
