    you mean V12?

I don't much care since it will only be offered in the Q7. Godly torque i'm sure, but I prefer my diesels to have a nice balance of fuel economy and power.

So you only get 5mpg more over the regular 335i? Will this be a coupe or sedan? Knowing BMW they'll jack up the price so it negates any savings on gas over ~3 years :hs:

no no. BMW will cover that for 50000 miles. Then I assume you just buy them second hand and put straight pipe exhaust systems on them and say "Fuck the govt". Amirite?

Dont BMW and Mercedes have diesels in the states already? I didnt read the article at all, but I want small cars with diesels, I want 60 mpg with a commuter.

haha, you don't get it do you?

0-60 is pointless. Try 30-70 then get back to us. :wavey:

The old 330d available in Europe/Canada was pretty quick compared to the 330i. And +5mpg isn't insignificant especially when diesel is really cheap compared to 91 octane. Now that oil is hitting $100 a barrel, the difference between the two is only going to grow.

Cheaper fuel + increased fuel efficiency ftw. Plus you can use biodiesel and stuff.

Hopefully these will do well, and they will consider bringing over the 1 series diesels :x:

I still can't justify a BMW diesel over an Audi A5 TDI w/ Quattro. Which is likely coming to USA as well.
