Got a Dell XPS laptop with front speaker jacks, don't like that. Would prefer a 2.1 system which uses bluetooth. any ideas? I can't find much yet... don't know if they make them.

If you'd stop being a cocksucker for a minute you'd see that I said quite clearly that I'd already checked around.

There has to be a rear output on your Dell. If there isn't, you're better off buying a PCI sound card instead of replacing your speakers -- though if your speakers are complete shit, you might want to do them too.

It's an XPS laptop - so no go on the pci. They make bluetooth mini speakers for mp3 players, but I don't see that they make a decent set of bluetooth speakers... it's only a matter of time I guess.

    Two more options:

    1. USB soundcard.
    2. USB speakers.
