I have the blue screen of death. I rebooted last night because my system said I had some files missing. When I rebooted, it said I'm missing some entry points. Windows had to shut down. Then, blue screen of death next time. Said it was dumping physical memory to hard disks.

So I go to do a drive image. FIrst one stopped at 8%. tried that a couple of times. SO maybe my most recent one was corrupted. Try an older drive image that I know works. Stopped at around 8% also.

ANy ideas? I'm thinking maybe it's the ram? or possibly the hard drive going bad? Drive is pretty new, no unusual noises though.

What a PITA. I had to bust out my old ram, pop it in, then do a drive image. That worked. So, I just had to figure out which set of my ram was causing the problem. Damn Crucial Ballistix. I read some bad reviews on em, but at the time they were the only 2X1 GB sticks that I could find. Hope the RMA isn't a hassle.
