    Starting this now to help me keep track of my progress and to motivate me. I'm getting back into the swing of things since I moved from NY to WA this last summer. Until now I haven't really worked out much since early Feb '06. I've settled in at my new home and office so it's gym time once again. It's amazing how much free time I have now that I stopped playing my WoW account too. :noes:

    I've posted some noobish pictures below and I'll probably update them every other month or so.


    My current goals include: 100lb dumbbell flat bench press and getting my squat up to 300lbs and deadlift up to 400lbs. Losing an inch or more from my waist while maintaining some strength would be nice too. Also, to look good naked. :rofl:

    Alright well it's my second night of 12 hour shifts at work so no major work outs. Just did some stretching to help with the soreness in my legs.

    Just did some minor shit around the office 'cause sitting on my ass for 12 hours at night is brutal.

    My core and legs were still a bit sore from the squats so I decided to hit up my arms today instead of doing my deadlifts and back. I did make some small but noticable gains with my lifts tonight. :cool:

    Other than putting up some new weights on bench it was a quick workout. I was a bit tired from working the last 3 days for 12 hour shifts. I'm looking forward to legs tomorrow though. My body is feeling great though and looking better than it did just a couple weeks ago. :cool:

    I love back/shoulder day. A couple hours before I went to lift I went to the CG clinic to get my teeth cleaned, flu shot and hep b follow up shot. So both of my shoulders had a bit of mild soreness from the shots. :mamoru:

    So I found this scanned photo of me on my PC. I think this was when I was 17 or almost 18. It was nice being able to drink every weekend with my friends and still stay lean back then. Don't mind my retarded "yeaaaaaah" party face. :hs:

    I woke up today feeling like complete crap. Mostly due to a headache. It was with me the whole time at the gym, which made my lifts even more strenuous. Regardless I was able to put up some really nice numbers compared to my last couple back/rear shoulder days. Good stuff. :)

    Today was supposed to be leg day, but I ended up going out last night with one of my housemates and a couple of his lady friends, which later turned into a house party back at our house. Needless to say I'm in no shape to even drive to the gym tonight haha. I feel like comeplete shit right now, but meh a good time was in order. I hadn't gone out to drink in months.

    I'll be on vacation in NYC 'til the 2nd of January with my SO...which means no gym time for me. It's going to be rough not working out, but I think the two week break will be somewhat good for me. I'm also propossing to my SO when I'm there. :eek5:

    Well I'm back from my vacation and engagement in NYC. I had a great time with my fiance and seeing familiar faces, but at the same time I'm glad to be back at my WA home and back at the gym. :cool:

    I also started taking Controlled Labs' Green Bulge today and will be on it for at least two bottles.

    I felt weak in the gym today after a long 12 hours of work and having a tough arm workout yesterday after my 2 weeks of vacation. Oh well at least I was able to do two decent sets with the 80lb dumbbells this time around.
