Any of you guys get routine blood work on an annual basis? I have to do it for other reasons, but I think for anyone who can afford it (aka, has health insurance) it is a good idea, especially if you are taking any type of mineral supplement.

Also it can identify things that can go under the radar, like anemia, etc.

    (holds breath for hate)

My insurance allows one physical a year which includes full blood work. I've used it the last 2 years.

Yearly for healthy young people who aren't doing steroids or other drugs is probably a little overkill to be honest until you get closer to 40. But sure, if it is covered under your insurance go for it.
