Anyone else here take it regularly?

First thing in the morning mine's measured today at 119/ 66 with a pulse of 63.
At night though systolic is alot higher...last night 129...sometimes as high as 135. Is that normal? Which reading are you supposed to go by?
Assuming of course the machine is accurate or dependable.

Your results are fine. Your resting heart rate is probably lower than "normal" people because of your good health ! At the end of the day it's probably higher because of water or sodium intake or something.
