eh this is weird, I used to complain of it being too high - now it's below average (116/46) has been my reading a couple of times now. Would this be a bad thing? It's not the systolic that's worrying me, it's just that low ass diastolic number

    Are you drinking enough?

    Dehydration can cause hypotension.

How are you measuring your blood pressure?

    Edit/

    are you taking any vasodialotors?

Look into taking some magnesium. Google magnesium hypertension. It helps regulate the sodium:calcium ration in your body.

Probably better off asking your doctor, but your pulse pressure is pretty wide
