I'm pretty sure I'm in the clear, but I took a long break for 6 months and just getting back into the gym for the past two weeks. Today I had a good work out and got a bloody nose when I got home. I never get bloody noses.

What could of caused this? A blood vessel opening in my nasal cavity that is weak from not lifting or at least used to less of a flow?

    I assume I'm okay?

    ib OMG YOUR SO HARD

Well is it dry where you are? If you're breathing a lot and your nose dries out, it can lead to 'normal' nose bleeds.

Also it depends on what you actually did as well. Heavy pressure inducing exercises will cause a build up in pressure and the weaker blood vessels in your nose will be the first to go.
