I recently changed gym locations- there are 2 locations in the greater vancouver area, the one i been going to the last year has the whole ground as matts, the new place is more traditional Muay Thai style and its hardwood floors. My feet are not used to it- and i have a pretty big blister coming right on the ball on my right foot... I want to continue training tomorrow, and i know if i dont do something about it first its going to pop and i wont be able to workout 100% and thats going to piss me off- instructor told me to get this stuff called clear aid or something? Apparently it covers the blister, heals it while protecting it. I couldnt find it though- does anyone have any home remedies so i can still not have to pussy foot it in class tomorrow?
