Gun still needs to be refinished but I'm going to shoot it for a month then send it in for hard chrome. The slide to frame is super tight. I almost couldn't get the slide on.

You're doing a 17 for me sometime this year when trijicon's new sight comes out. Since you're a ffl now will you also be able to provide the base gun?

The dove tail cut in front of the doctor is for my new slide racker. I was thinking I could also put a rear iron sight for co-witness action. Not that I'm going to do that but it would be cool on a demo gun.

nope totally different pattern. Same with the new Cmore. We are going to stock the Cmore, this is proably the last doctor gun we are building.

No hostages were harmed but some toothpicks were made out of a barricade. I was actually joking before the stage asking if brick was hard cover as the barricade had a brick facade to it.

We got lots of modified shooters the big one being Jojo (#1 world modfied). It's funny some of the flip newbies start out with JV modified guns because they sack ride jojo.

I've been thinking of maybe some front cocking serrations to match the rear. I don't really want to cut through the slide any more because as much major I shoot I'm woried about cracks. Some round windows in the side would be kind of cool looking though. Maybe it would look too much like a brazo's

in So Cal OG means open glock. Jojo does use a open glock as his defensive gun. A G17 w/ a ported barrel and dot sight. It does have our trigger in it.

while that's subjective - it's not supposed to look pretty, it's supposed to shoot better than all the other pretty guns :o

WTF is up w/ the slide reduction and no porting? Simply for weight?

More slide speed, gun shoots mechanically faster. It also lessens felt recoil. A 125gr going 1370 has some snap to it. I opted not to port the barrel as it bleeds too much velocity. The comp does a good enough job venting the gas that I did not feel I needed ports.
