Yup, looks like every other plastic holster out there...its got no soul. You need leather made by a craftsman ;)

Everyone is backed WAY the fuck up though. Kramer is probably the only "fast" delivery company. Last I checked they were running about 3 weeks and they offer an express service for about $25.(1 week)

I have BT's IWB holster, I've been happy with it. So far, its lasted a lot longer than my Sidearmor did.

Well, until I don't need the patience of a minor god, I'll leave the soul for my gun, and the plastic for the holster. ;)

I have no experience with any kydex makers beside Comptac, which works pretty well. Not leather comfort, but works pretty good. For other leather ready to ship now, check our www.wildbillsconcealment.com I only have mag and light pouches from them, but they are a great deal.

Also don't forget about www.lightningarms.com They stock a LOT of nice leather.

My fiancee uses a Bladetech universal model for her 26. She likes it. It's probably not as nice as leather, but I've never worn kydex, and she's never worn leather, so she doesn't know the difference.

    1) Sweat shield broke off
    2) Retaining screw/threads fell out, rendering it all but useless
    3) They deem it unrepairable
    4) They offer to sell me a new holster
    5) Fail!

I got it today and have been wearing it all day. I really like it, comfortable and light. It holds a SIG 229 elite.

I just got a holster delivered from Wild Bills and it seems to be pretty decent.

In all fairness, they offered me a discounted price, but IMO it was not a wear and tear issue, it was a manufacturing/quality issue that caused the failure, so I was a little confused why I ought to pay out more money to a company that wasn't standing by their work. And in fact, they do not even use the same retention hardware any more, so it would appear they also found their old work lacking. When they declined to simply replace or repair my holster, I pointed this out. Things went downhill from there. :hs:
