I been looking for a holster to holster my gun with light. I found bladetech and sidearmorer. both make holsters for gun+ light on a duty belt. Which brand is better quality?

BladeTech makes nice holster bodies but I have never been a fan of their belt mounts. No experience with SideArmor.

I don't know what firearm it is for but you might also check out Raven's Phantom light compatible holsters at http://www.themalabarfront.com/index.php?cPath=82_85_93. I have one of their ACR's and one of their mag pouches, aside from having one of the kydex clips crack they are well conceived and well made.

Safariland also has a number of light compatible holsters.

Bladetech and Safariland are both solid.

I have a G-Code belt slide which I bought from a fairly cool Eagle Industries employee at SHOT a few years ago.

I have not seen much on them, but I really like it when I use it.

I have a bladetech and a sidearmor weapon light holsters. I gave the sidearmor away. Both are good holsters but I like the drop off set of the bladetech and I love the techlock attachments. I run a lot of bladetech stuff because of the techlock. Mostly for 3 gun.

I had a Sidearmor that went in the garbage.

The brass insert for the adjustment screw fell out and they told me I would have to pay (nearly the cost of a new holster) to have them fix it.

i plan to use it at the desert when i go out with friends to shoot. I find it annoying walking back and forth to get my pistol.
