Whats up guys, i'm looking for a holster for Sig 220 and the blackhawk serpas seem like a good way to go, read a couple reviews (which were positive) and they are about $40 on amazon. I'm not looking for a duty holster or anthing (just somthing to hold my gun in case the apocolypse happens tomorrow) and these seem pretty tacticool.

But i dont want to buy them if they are junk, any ideas?

Have one for my XD40. Think I paid $30 for mine. I'd shop around.

I owned one, and I really liked it. I read some bad reviews about the retention system having severe problems with dirt/dust and being unable to releaes the weapon. I probably wouldn't trust it for anything serious.

i heard the same thing, then again i heard people say the used it while in Iraq, lots of dirt and dust there. I figure its a $30/40 holster and you get what you pay for.
