TAT black jewelry

    blackline jewelry...blackout... whatever they're called, if they get scratched, will you see a shiny silver color underneath? i noticed tiny lines on my ring [surgical steel] when i looked at it in the light and i think it's from biting it [it's a lipring]. i was considering black rings but didnt want little random silver specs on it if i accidently nick them or bite them. so... anyone have a clue about this? :x:

    you'd have to bite it pretty hard to knock the coating off
