So ive got this virus called BKDR_SBOT virus attaached to my system32 file.

Ive got McAfee and it doesnt find it as a virus, but when i send out emails, it prompts me becuase i have an excessive ammount of recipients.

if i use Trend Micro's Housecall search, it finds the virus, but says that it cannot be cleaned or deleted cuase its currently running.

So if i restart into safemode and delete that file...am i gona fuk my system up becayse its a system32 file???

No, delete it. It is not a real MS file.
