    most of the stuff is basic, but all useful.. the best thing i learned from this site was actually the way he opens the guard with the gi. its in the gi 101 section. i really love that way of opening the guard.

    it was on youtube before but now i can only find "no gi 101"

    it doesn't go into as much detail as his book but it's as good as many instructionals except it's free
