What gives? i installed the python and python devel packages per the BitTorrent site saying they were required. Then i installed BitTorrent-3.2_cvs_alikins-2.noarch.rpm

But when i click a BT link, it still just saves a torrent file and if i click the torrent file, it asks what to open it with.

    :dunno: i've thoroughly lost myself.

But i have gotten Samba running and Webmin installed. :big grin: i'm proud of myself so far, its all starting to make sense.

Good job so far. I know I tried BT with linux last year and at the time there was no graphical interface.

IIRC I had to save the torrent to disk and then go to the command prompt and type something like this:

    bittorrent name_of_local_torrent.torrent

bittorrent is the name of the actual program, but I have no idea what it was called. :o

I am sure with some fancy work you could associate mozilla or whatever you are using to automaticaly use that.

Yep, when I tried it earlier this year it was something similar to what Rob mentioned.
