i need a good bipod but i can't justify spending 70 dollars on one. there's some harris knockoffs that i'm looking at though. what does everyone recommend? looking for something cheap and nifty:bigthumb:

Yeah I seriously consider just saving abit more and getting the Harris, you'll definately notice the difference in quality.

But that Grip pod is nice

i offered a guy 25 bucks for a harris knockoff. it doesn't need to be durable, so it'll work:mamoru:

the shooter's ridge one is almost if not just as good as a harris. As soon as the patent expired, Shooter's Ridge had theirs out.

What rifle do you want to put it on? Bipods often ruin the accuracy of light barreled rifles like AR's.

i want something that looks nice, folds forward and extends. the harris clone is pretty much the cheapest one i've found.

i'm pretty sure theres another company that is selling something like that... but i could just be thinking about the same thing you are.

why not just get a 4 rail picatinny gas block?

edit: nevermind, i forgot that that will screw with the accuracy.

is there any way to attack a sling lug to the FF handguard?

i talked to some people on AR15.com and they said to just drill a hole in the FF tube and put a stud in it, so that's what i'm gonna do. cheapest method.
