So i'm planning my Fall/winter bulking phase (I'm NOT gonna miss dieting)
and I was wondering if this is a good routine if you already have a decent base.
At this point my numbers are pretty decent, so would this be good for a mixture of hypertrophy/strength?

I found it to be a good mixture. You can always add in extra stuff if you are lacking in a certain area though

cool. The routine does'nt seem to have alot of volume, so I'm probably gonna have to add stuff to it.

I'd try it how it is for the first week or so just to get used to the format. The Monday workout is pretty taxing

If you are doing the dual factor version of bill starrs routine:

(which imho is better for those who are more advanced) then you will realize by about the 3rd week that the volume is just fine. Infact by week 4 or 5 when you start setting new PR's in that rep range you will be thankful you arent doing any more volume.
