    For certain exercises, I'm not sure whether I am supposed to increase weight or keep it the same as it doesn't specify for all of them

    i.e.

    Good Mornings-3x8-12

    Do I keep the same weight for 3 sets or progressively increase?

    This has probably been covered before, but I appreciate it if someone would help me out

    dude, don't worry to much about the finer details

    It won't matter too much.

    I always progressively increase weight.

    stay on the light side for awhile with goodmornings if you're just starting out a workout routine or have never done heavy back work before. it's too easy to get hurt if you don't know what you're doing.

    I doubt you would actually do that, but you are likely stronger than me and called me on my mistake, so kudos to you. :h5:
