I'd like to slim down some and about a month ago I switched to a Bill Starrs routine + HIIT on a bike. Been working out for about 6 weeks now and my weight dropped from 212 to 208 Lost 1/2" off my waist... maybe even less. Diet has been clean. Some health food fiber cereal in the morning + protein shake or tuna if I have time. Lunch is usually a taco salad, no shell, no sour cream. Pre-workout I usually have a shake and then after I have tuna or chicken breast + eggs (1 yolk at most). Throw in veggiest somewhere in there, usually broccoli, tomato, cucumber, etc... For some reason I expected more for a fat ass like me. Last time I tried losing weight I went from 200 to 180 in about 2 months and I was eating a lot worse and using machines instead of free weights (broken shoulder brought it back and then some). Should I pick another routine?
