Bike vs. elliptical

    If you had the choice between an upright stationary bike and an elliptical machine which would you choose? Which in your opinion is better for cardio, if you had to choose one or the other?

    I like the bike...mostly because I do alot of mtn biking in the summer so it's what im used to. ;)

    I like a good old treadmill... but ill occasionally switch it up with an elliptical

    true that, double true

    i think it burns more calories and is generally better because there is more body parts moving on elliptical, also you are standing as opposed to sitting. :dunno:

    Yep also if you don't hold on the handles you can get the extra benefit of core development while blancing.
