Especially considering the fact that seat belt laws are. When you biking morons get into a collision that damages your head, you put undue strain on the health care system, not to mention your family and yourself. There's really no reason not to wear a helmet anyhow.

So you don't ride? Then your opinion means absolutely nothing.

Bullshit. I get tired of taking care of you stupid motherfuckers when you get all fucked up in accidents that could be prevented by taking safety measures. Hell, yeah, you're body will be fucked up, but your brain will be intact. What could be your possible rationale for not wearing a helmet regardless?

Helmets are FTL if you're like riding on a college campus or something

bike and seatbelt laws should be repealed for the good of society. Safety padding the world for people too stupid to do it themselves FTL.

False. Most helmetless riders simply die of head injuries.

You're not considering the strain upon our health care system. If you're too idiotic to protect yourself, then you shouldn't be either driving or riding. We shouldn't have to pay for you to have health care (I've noticed that a large percentage of the motorcycle crash victims I've cared for have no health insurance) because of your society. They should be more enforced, not repealed.

Look here, motherfucker...if you want to keep with this opinion, then I demand mandatory yearly driving and vision tests for car drivers. Every single bad situation I have ever been in on a bike has been because some fucking moron in a car did something stupid and put me in harms way.

I wear a helmet, but that's my personal choice. When I'm on a ride 30 seconds down the road or I'm on a long ride on a 100 degree day, I can see why others choose not to wear them.

    That argument is non-sensical.

I don't need Big Brother telling me what to wear when I ride my bike.

Yeah, after the victim racks up hundreds to thousands of dollars in Medicare reimbursement after lying in an ICU for weeks. Believe me, I work there, I know.
