Any ideas for a girl to get toned while avoiding that starved cat look. Basically, Im trying for muscular shoulders without losing too much body fat, aka boobs. Im 5'8", 123-127 pounds. Im doing circuits - lighter weights mixed in with high intensity cardio, five days a week. I see some toning, but just not getting those killer shoulders I was hoping for. I thought about lifting heavier weights with less cardio, but don't want to get too bulky.
