bigger forearms...

    help a nub out fellas, i have worked over the last couple weeks to develop my strategy for gaining weight, it's working, however.

    the main reason im doing this at all is to get my forearms alot bigger... they are way to slim.

    im basically here begging for tips on the most efficient way to increase the size my entire forearm.

    It's like any other muscle in the body. You need to eat and work out the muscle you want to be bigger. :dunno: It's not rocket science. As far as isolation movements, maybe reverse curls and/or wrist flexion/extension.

    Pics of said arms? If you're talking about your wrists being too skinny you're pretty much SOL. The distal 1/3 of your forearm is mostly ligaments and tendons. The good news is, once your forearms are bigger you'll have a more noticable taper. :dunno:
