What's worked well for people here to get larger calves? I have a pretty muscular upper body and my quads are great but then you get to my calves, and they're tiny. People will hate like they always do and give me shit about them and I'd really like to hear what's worked well for everyone here. For calves, I do about 4-5 sets of seated calve raises for about 12-15 reps and then I'll get on the smith machine and do standing calve raises. Honestly, they just don't grow. For the rest of my legs, depending on how I feel that day, I'll either hit some leg extensions pretty hard 3-4 sets then squat light with a lot of reps or hit the leg extentions (still 3-4 reps) lightly and go heavy on squat, in which I do about 5-6 sets, starting at 12 reps on my fist working set and going down 2 reps everytime I increase the weight. I also do about 3-4 sets of leg curls. I'm considering starting to wear ankle weights everywhere I walk.
