    Tuesday: First workout back from Hong Kong

    Squats: 125kg 3x8
    deads: 100kg 3x10
    Lunges - db: 23kg 3x10 each leg
    Calf raises (seated): 35kg 2x10
    Calf raises (standing db): 30kg 2x10
    Raised leg situps: 3x10
