big disparity in numbers, week to week

    Some weeks i will get big differences in my numbers from previous weeks. Out of nowhere my numbers will drop. For example today i did shoulders and the previous week i worked up to 70's x 6 on DB Shoulder press. Today i did them and i could only get the 60's x 7. Everything was the same, form, equipment used etc.. Happens on other lifts too this was just most recent. ANybody else get this?

    eating habits do suck but probably not much difference between last week and today

    like i said form was the same, same bench, perfect 90 degrees, DB's touching shoulders, barely any arch in back. This happens all the time though, and then it takes me a few weeks to get back to where i was, i ride that wave for a little bit and then it drops off again

    i don't smoke or drink and i woke up today like i did last week with the same amount of sleep, 6-7 hours

    Honestly man it's mental then if all other things are equal.

    It happens to me too sometimes, if my head isn't in the game 100% and I'm not makin that mind to muscle connection then I feel it in some of my workouts.
