Big amp, small footprint?

    Need something to go under my car seat, pushing about 500W. Any good ones out there?

    How much do you want to spend? And what is the impedence of the load it will be driving?

    Helix makes low profile amps...but they are pricey. Most amps will probably fit under your seat assuming its not lower than normal. Class D amps generally have smaller footprints than class a/b...i assume this amp is for a sub.

    another to keep in mind if you are looking to go small, is Memphis Car Audio, their class d amps are relatively small and can push huge loads.
