I have a broken right wrist, so therefore I can't do many exercises that I wanted to do like benching and EZ curls, etc.

I've been doing a workout "plan" where I just do 3 sets of 8 dumbbell curls using my left arm, and afterwards 3 more sets of 8 dumbbell hammer curls.

First off, is the above "plan" long enough / good enough to see muscle gain results? Also, I know the consensus is when you are doing a full body workout plan that you should work a body group once a week, but being that I am only going to do left arm bicep exercises, is doing these exercises once every 2 days too much? Feedback is appreciated in advance, thanks.

Its going to take 4 months in a cast to heal. Short answer, I'm not going to wait that long.

u lack fortitude. let it heal, ur already not going to be 100% even when its fully healed, no need to increase that gap with impatience

fuck the upper body for a while, let it heal. focus on lower body, you sound like the type to neglect your legs, use this time to fucking grow some leg muscles. Try to aim for the speed ice skater look. also if you get your legs muscled up it will be easier to gain upper body mass when you finally heal.

work on your lower body. Doing biceps every 2 days sure sounds like the frat boy routine to me. Work on your lower body and pretty much anything that doesn't involve your hands for a while like abs and legs. There is no exercise you can do to make your "biceps" stronger if your wrist is broken. But when your wrist gets out of the cast, do more than just curls, don't forget to work out your forearms, shoulders, and triceps. I don't know why I gave you an honest answer, you will probably go to the gym once, do legs, and the next time you'll come back is so you can work on getting those "big guns"
