I have a broken right wrist, so therefore I can't do many exercises that I wanted to do like benching and EZ curls, etc. I've been doing a workout "plan" where I just do 3 sets of 8 dumbbell curls using my left arm, and afterwards 3 more sets of 8 dumbbell hammer curls. First off, is the above "plan" long enough / good enough to see muscle gain results? Also, I know the consensus is when you are doing a full body workout plan that you should work a body group once a week, but being that I am only going to do left arm bicep exercises, is doing these exercises once every 2 days too much? Feedback is appreciated in advance, thanks.
