my right wrist has been broken a couple of times and never healed 100% perfect so i have less twisting movement with it, and it can be uncomfortable in certain positions

i have a hard time doing dumbell/barbell curls as it irritates my wrist, i suppose i could wear a brace but i was just wondering if there are any other bicep exercizes that i could do instead that are as (or almost as) effective?

When it hurt my wrist really bad to twist it, I just did hammer curls for a while.

hammers and use an EZ bar for curls so you dont have to lay your wrist flat you can have it turned a little.

holding the dumbbell as you would a hammer - with the handle vertical instead of horizontal.

whats a chinup called when your hands are facing away from you? pullup? i thought they were all lumped together (as far as terminology, not muscle groups).
