i'm having a null, but nagging pain shooting from my left lower bicep down to the inner forearm since doing chest yesterday. my arm feels like it needs to be stretched, but all the stretching doesn't do anything.

    has anyone experienced something similar?

That happened to me once after I locked out at the top of the press (almost to the point of hyperextension).

how long did the pain last?

and i was locking out, but that typically irritates my elbows or shoulders, never the bicep.

do some light reverse curls and ice it for a few days until it goes away

This may be a long stretch, but if you're benching heavy, you might have compressed the nerve in your hand (i think it's the ulnar) that runs from your two smallest fingers, up the inside of your forearm, and through your bicep.

Hmm, I thought I was the only one who did this. LOL Oh, and nearly pulling a hamstring while benching too...

Back on topic...It's happened only twice, but it does feel weird. Usually goes away after a few days or so. Icy Hot seems to help.
