    115 lb bench and you can't deadlift more than 95 lbs?

    :hs: no, today was also the first day in the gym in like 2 years :o

    maybe I'm deadlifting incorrectly, are deadlifts for lowerbody? more info on proper form?

    bent over row:
    40lbs, 1x5
    50lbs, 4x5

    incline bench (5x5):
    95lbs, completed 3x5 successfully
    95lbs, on my 4th set of 5 reps, i failed on the last rep
    95lbs, on my 5th set of 5 reps, i needed help on the 4th and the rep

    tricep extensions:
    30lbs, 1x13
    30lbs, 1x18

    preacher curls:
    50lbs, 3x5

    reverse preacher curls:
    30lbs, 3x7

    It may just be that your lower body is less developed than your upper body.

    I've got the opposite problem as you, I pulled 315 but my max bench is like 170 maybe.:hsugh:

    1st set: 155lbs, 5 reps (i didn't feel like i was going all the way down)
    2-3rd set: 135lb, 5 reps, all the way down
    4th-5th set: 145lbs, 5 reps, all the way down

    deadlifts:
    1st and 2nd set: 115lbs, 5 reps
    3-5th set: 125lbs, 5 reps

    bench:
    1st-3rd set: 135lbs, 5 reps, all on my own
    4th set: 135lbs, needed help on last 2
    5th set: 135lbs, needed help on last 3

    incline db press:
    1st set, 30lbs, 9.5 reps
    2nd set, 30lbs, 8.5 reps

    traps on smith machine:
    200lbs, 3x10

    fucking sucks eating and eating, i'm starving every few hours now :(

    today i was impressed with my ability on the flat bench and deadlifts. however, i was disappointed with my squatting today :ugh:

    4 x 145lb, 5 reps

    good mornings:
    3 x 60lb, 12 reps

    dips:
    3 x 12 reps
    1 x 6 reps (failed on 6th rep)

    pullups:
    4 x 5 reps

    preacher curls:
    used a different bar today so it was wierd
    1 x 30.0lbs (15 on each side) x 7 reps
    1 x 32.5lbs (17.5 on each side)
    1 x 32.5lbs x 6 reps (fail)

    reverse preacher curls:
    3 x 35lbs (10lb on each side) x 5 reps

    nice job homie. just keep gettin after it in the gym, im on a similar routine as you & its done well for me.

    same height as you with about 30lbs more.

    IMA closed early on Fri cause of vet day :hs, had to go today instead :noes:

    weight: 130.8lbs

    squats for warmups:
    2 sets of 155lb x 3

    bent over row
    5 sets of 55 lbs x 5

    incline bench press
    5 sets of 95lbs x 5 (DID EM ALL ON MY OWN :noes:)

    tricep extensions
    2 sets of 30lb x 20

    traps on smith:
    3 sets of 200lb x 10
