usually i just have water, ill take a bottle with creatine in it and drink it while i train then refil it with water
shoulda put some type of protein drink like muscle milk, unless thats under the same category as coffee and soda :X

Do people really drink coffee or milk or soda at the gym?
Water fountain for me too. PWO shake on the way home.
i make my pwo shake before i hit the gym and put it in this thermal bag i used to use for groceries with an ice pack in it, keeps it cold for when i get out

Sounds like a good idea. I just fill mine with the water fountain, sometimes it's barely cold.

a few times I thought about bringing a whey shake and drinking it during the workout, but I've never actually done it and probably won't.
