better to increase energy system workout or decrease calorie intake?

    ive heard that to lose fat weight that its better to incorporate cardio and ive also heard its better to adjust calorie intake.
    what do you guys think?

    Yeah its not exactly a one or the other deal. I don't know why you wouldn't do both.
