Better sex because of gym visits??

    Lately sex has been even better. Only change in my lifestyle has been getting back into the gym, hitting it hard and an upped protein level.

    But the sex recently let me tell you has been explosive! I don't really know if its because of the change up or not...but I think its a must try if you're not getting the joy you used to out of a nice nut.

    Arousal,Endurance and Climax have all gotten better. Sex with an increased level of testosterone is :naughty:... This is what we should be telling little obese Tommy in the school yard....MOTIVATION.

    Hit the gym you'll see the results in the sex..anyone else had similar experiences???

    Not for me, no. Then again that can differ since I am a woman. A woman having an orgasm has to do with more than just intensity of the physical exertion, it also has a lot to do with mental and emotional aspects. I just notice that the more in shape I am the more I am all over the place :mamoru:

    It makes throwing my girl onto my bed and jumping on top of her so much easier and she fucking loves it when I do it to her out of the blue.

    I work out, not sure I notice much better sex though, I guess so... then again I've been working out for so long I can't remember sex without it. I do have to start doing squats again though

    I've dated a lot of tall (heavier because they're tall but not fat) women and let me tell you, when they're as tall as I am and weigh just about as much as I do throwing them around isn't easy. So yes, I too hit the gym to improve the action in the bed room.

    The only problem I have is after deadlift/hamstring days. The ol in n out doesn't work well with a sore back.

    Work on your technique. You shouldnt be working your lower back AT ALL with either of thoes exersizes.

    I hit the gym because I was tall, skinny, and pretty damn weak. As a result I got better in the bedroom because I was physically able to do more and not
    get tired quickly.

    hamstring isn't an 'exersize' it's a muscle and :rofl: thinking deadlifts dont work your lower back
